Replacements

If your product is defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund. Reach out to us at info@shopglamlash.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it, and we’ll refund your money (excluding shipping fees) right away.

Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Shipping Info

If you’re returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item if it’s lost in transit.

Cancellations/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopglamlash.com. We process and ship orders quickly, so once your order is packed and on its way, we won’t be able to make changes.
